What we collect, and what we don't
Short version: the contact form is the only thing on this site that asks you for anything, and what you type in it goes to our inbox and nowhere else.
The contact form
When you send the form we get your name, your email address, and whatever else you chose to fill in: business name, current website, what you're after, a rough budget, your message. It arrives in our email inbox and stays there. We use it to reply to you and to put a price together. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent or pass it on to anyone.
If you'd like what you sent deleted, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.
Visitor counts
We use Cloudflare's web analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they look at. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't fingerprint your device, and doesn't tell us who you are. There's no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, and nothing else of that kind on the site.
Cookies
This site sets none of its own. Cloudflare, which hosts it, may set a cookie purely to tell real visitors from automated traffic.
Fonts
The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's servers for them and Google sees that request the way any web server does. If we ever move the fonts onto our own hosting this line goes away.
Where it all lives
The site, the form and the email that carries it run on Cloudflare's network. Our inbox is hosted by Google (Gmail). Both have their own privacy policies, which apply to what they hold.
If you become a client
We'll have access to the accounts your site runs on: the domain, the hosting, Google's tools. They're set up in your name, we only use them to do the work you've asked for, and when we stop working together you remove our access. We don't keep copies of your customers' details beyond what the work needs, and we never share them.
