What Commerce covers, and what it doesn't. Commerce is an online shop or a booking system, with the dashboard you run it from and the emails it sends. Both live builds on our portfolio are Commerce builds, an equipment-rental site with availability calendars and an order-ahead café menu with a punch card, and each card there shows what one like it costs at these prices, add-ons included. What sits outside every package: customer accounts with logins, or hooking into software you already run, like a stock or accounting system. If your job needs something like that, you'll get a fixed price for it in writing before anything starts, and you can say no.

What counts as a change. Anything that takes about half an hour. Swapping photos, rewriting a paragraph, updating prices or hours, adding someone to the team page, putting up a sale banner. New pages, new features and redesigns aren't changes, they're jobs, and we'll quote those separately so you can decide before we start. Changes get done one at a time in the order they arrive. Unused changes don't roll over, so a quiet spring doesn't bank up for a busy December. If you need one more than your plan allows in a busy month, we'll either do it the following month or quote it on its own, whichever comes out cheaper for you.
There's no contract and you can stop any month. If you do, the site is still yours. We'll send you the files, transfer the accounts into your name, and point the domain wherever you tell us to. We're not going to hold your website hostage to keep a $49 subscription.
A word about those response times. They look slow written down, and that's on purpose. We'd rather promise five days and come back in one than promise tomorrow and miss it. Most things come back a lot faster than what's listed. And if something is properly urgent, like your site is down or checkout has stopped working, put urgent in the subject line and it jumps the queue no matter which plan you're on.
