Tell us what you need

Fill this in and you'll hear back within two business days, from a person, not an autoresponder. Everything from here runs on email, so nobody's going to chase you for a phone call. And if we don't think we're the right fit for your job, we'll say so.

Two business days. If we're running behind you'll get an email telling you. Your details don't go anywhere else.

Questions

Questions we get asked

Do we have to get on a phone call?

No. We run projects by email rather than over the phone, and that's a choice, not a shortage of time. When it's all email, every price and every decision ends up written down somewhere you can go find it again in March. No phone tag, and no two people remembering the same conversation differently. At the end, instead of a training call, you get short screen recordings you can watch again whenever you need them. If something's easier to show than to type out, we'll record it and send it over.

How fast will you get back to me?

Two business days for a new enquiry, and each management plan lists its own turnaround on the pricing page. Those numbers are set wide on purpose — a promise we can only keep on a good week isn't worth making. If your site is actually down, that goes ahead of everything else no matter what you're paying.

What counts as one "change"?

Roughly anything we can finish in half an hour. New photos, a rewritten paragraph, updated prices or hours, a holiday banner, a new person on the team page. If you ask for something bigger, like a whole new page or a booking system that wasn't there before, we'll tell you what it costs before we touch it rather than quietly counting it as five changes.

Who owns the website when it's done?

You do, all of it. The domain, the files, the hosting login, the Google accounts, every bit of it in your name from the first day.

Do I have to buy a management plan?

No. The build and the monthly plan are two separate things, and plenty of people just take the finished site and run it themselves. The handoff videos exist so you can.

What does hosting actually cost me?

Usually nothing. A site this size runs on modern static hosting, on the same global network that serves a good share of the internet, and at small-business traffic levels there's no monthly charge for it. It's also faster than the shared hosting plenty of places charge thirty dollars a month for. The domain itself is about twelve to twenty dollars a year, and you pay that straight to the registrar, in your name. If your site needs something bigger, like a booking system with its own database, we'll tell you what that costs to run before we build it.

I already have a website. Is it worth rebuilding?

Send us the link and we'll look at it and tell you. Sometimes the answer is yes. Fairly often it's "this mostly works, you need better photos and a couple of hours of cleanup," and we'll say that too, even though it means we don't get the job.

What if I don't have photos or written content?

That's most people, and it's the single biggest reason these projects stall out. We'll send you a list of exactly what to photograph and what to jot down, and then we'll rewrite whatever comes back. If you'd rather we wrote it from scratch, that's $75 a page.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

Yes. It's all email and shared files, so where you are makes no difference. We work with people anywhere in the US, and we've got a build running in Belize.

How do payments work?

Half to start, half when it goes live. Card, PayPal, or bank transfer, whichever suits you. Monthly plans bill on the same day each month and you can cancel any time.
